How it works
Pin where you are
Drop a pin on the map. No hunting for a street name that isn't on any map anyway.
See the price first
The fee is worked out from the real distance and shown before you confirm. Nothing is hidden at the end.
Follow it to your door
Watch the status change live, message your rider, and pay by GCash, Maya, bank transfer or cash.
Ride with chacha
We are not trying to out-spend the big apps. We are trying to pay riders properly and be honest about the computation.
The full delivery fee is yours.
The per-kilometre rate is yours in full. Our income comes from a separate service fee the customer pays, not from your pay.
Every peso in tips is yours.
Every peso a customer adds is yours. We take nothing from tips, and you see the amount before you accept the job.
Promos don't cost you a peso.
When a customer uses a promo code, we absorb it. You are paid the same as if they had paid full price.
You choose your own jobs from an open list, turning one down never counts against you. Pasuyo errands you price yourself.

You do not need a menu, a POS, or a smartphone to get orders through chacha.
Partner store
Your menu and prices in the app, your own admin login to open and close, mark items sold out, and change prices. Customers pay up front and we settle with you. In return we keep a commission on goods sold.
Regular store
Nothing to set up and nothing to pay. Customers write down what they want, a rider comes in and buys it like any other walk-in customer, in cash. You are simply listed so people can find you.

Where do you deliver?
Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro. We add barangays as riders and stores join, so if yours isn't covered yet, it may be soon.
How do I pay?
GCash, Maya or bank transfer for partner stores and parcels. You send the payment and upload the screenshot. For sari-sari store runs, bills and errands, you pay the rider in cash on arrival.
Is there a minimum order?
No. A single bottle of soft drink is a valid pabili.
What does delivery cost?
It depends on distance, and you always see the exact figure before you confirm. There is no surprise charge at the door.
Can I tip my rider?
Yes, and the whole tip goes to them. chacha takes nothing from it.
My store isn't on chacha. Can I still order from it?
Yes. Any store in the app that isn't a partner works as a shopping list. You write down the items, sizes and quantities, and the rider buys them and collects the cash from you.
